Hastings has a specialised team of infrastructure experts with specific Asian experience and knowledge.  Asia is particularly important to Hastings’ growth strategy, as the region now accounts for approximately 20 percent of global GDP. In the wake of Asia’s strong economic emergence, large pools of capital have been amassed across the region, especially in the north Asian economic powerhouses of China, Japan and South Korea. Recently, an increasing amount of this capital has sought access to global infrastructure investment markets, as Asian institutional investors seek diversification, stable and long-dated returns. With its large regional infrastructure deficit, strong economic growth and improving regulatory environment, Asia provides an investment alternative for global institutional investors seeking access to an emerging markets growth opportunity. Hastings specialised Asian team of infrastructure investment and relationships professionals, is the trusted partner of choice to access global infrastructure opportunities.
